Tonight's ride is a quiet ride along the Ohio and Erie Canal and Tuscarawus River as we head south through Barbertonon on the Towpath Trail. This portion of the Towpath is very natural with only a single road crossing. It's level and an easy ride for all.
Distance: 12 miles
Difficulty: Moderate
Trail Surface: Asphalt
Duration: 1 1/2 Hours
Meet us at the Wilbeth Road trailhead which is just 3 blocks west of Main street near the Firestone Bridgestone complex. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before our wheels-down time on this meet-up.

Tom BilczeEvent HostOrganizerNice ride. Rode north to downtown. Detoured around Bartges Street construction on way north. On return trip from Lock 4 we checked out the construction. They have built a temporary trail around the construction. So, you can ride though it. It got dark around 7:45. We need to move our evening rides back to 6:00 p.m. to finish before dark. -
