Why should we stop riding, just because the leaves have fallen and the snow is about to start falling. Ohio Indoor Cycling (http://www.ohioindoor...) has a great opportunity to allow us to keep cycling this winter. They have individualized computerized trainers, where you bring your own bike and the trainer will adjust to each person’s own ability while virtually riding a number of different courses. This allows each person to ride at their own ability and speed. On Wednesday nights they offer a beginner class:
This is for the beginner to intermediate rider that has no experience with the computer trainer multi-rider. This class will teach you all the basics including: setting up your bike, understanding pedal stroke efficiency, cadence and the value of wattage in your training.
Where: Ohio Indoor Cycling
1714 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH
