Distance: 21.8 miles
Map:
Today’s ride has us riding in circles. We are taking a tour of Summit County’s northeastern suburbs on the Summit Hike and Bike loop. Meet us in the Brust Park parking lot on Route 91/Darrow Road in Munroe Falls. Heading west, we pass along the Cuyahoga River on our way to Silver Lake. At Kent Road, we cycle quiet neighborhood streets along the shores of Silver Lake that lead us into Stow. At Hudson Drive, we rejoin the dedicated bike trail and roll along the side of Route 8 on way to our lunch stop at Tequila Pancho’s on the trail at Route 8.
After lunch, we head east on the loop through Hudson and into Stow passing Silver Springs Park and Bow Wow Beach. Soon, we leave the trail and head south on Young Road on our way to Graham Road. We’re on the trail again as we near Kent Road (Route 59). After a short section on sidewalks, we rejoin the trail and head south to North River Road. A short jog east on the road takes us to the Kent trailhead. We follow the last miles cycling along the Cuyahoga as we end our ride at Brust Park.

I Wish I could make this ride but my son has a baseball game at 1230 over at silver springs park. You guys will be riding right by me. I hope everyone that's never rode this loop enjoys it. It was my normal 7am Saturday morning ride all last summer.
